The Applications Data, when saved localy on your device, is not shared with Valley Software or any third parties.
The Applications data may be backed up to OneDrive automaticaly as part of Windows Backups/Sync which is secured according to their policies.
The Applications data may be synced to Azure Cloud if requested by the user, and if so is secured using Micosoft Live Credentials and Azure Services. This data is not used by Valley Software for sale, trade, or any other supply to third parties or by Valley Software for marketing purposes.
As part of Windows Store, there is some anonomised telemetry collected when the application is installed and used

As mentioned above, The Applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the Application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
